Every Coaching Engagement is Unique

It’s entirely up to us to determine how to best structure the coaching work we do together. The following are some general guidelines to give you a sense of how most engagements tend to go.

Initial Conversation

Have questions? So do I! Like – where you do dream of being in your life in 6 months? How about a year from now? What’s holding you back? The whole process starts with a no-cost, no-pressure conversation to help us determine if we’re a good fit for one another. So gather those questions!

Coaching Contract

This is a life-changing journey unique to your situation and your goals. I want to be 100% clear and transparent with you every step of the way. If we’re both ready to move ahead after our initial conversation, I’ll provide you with a personalized coaching contract that outlines the agreement and our commitments to one another.

8 Weekly Sessions to Start

It’s generally best to plan to start with 8 weekly sessions. This ensures you’ll have enough time to begin to see results and how the process works before deciding on next steps.

In Person, by Phone, or by Video

I find that coaching can work very well over the phone. If you’re local to the Chicago area, I’m also happy to meet in person – either at my office in Oak Park, or in a different location based on need. Some or all sessions may also be conducted by video. The goal is to find a consistent place and time where we can focus.
